Week 4, Framed up to the Roof

Wow, in 3 days we went from foundation to framed up to the roof. We are really impressed at their speed. As our wood was delivered on Wednesday and they had the roof done by Friday. We finally put our sold sign on our lot, we have forgotten to bring it every week until this week.

We have noticed a couple of things we will bring up at our pre drywall meeting if not fixed by then...

The crooked pole in the basement (we checked all the poles with a level only one is off)

The small surface crack in the basement slab that has formed here the sump pump.

The shower seat size, it only 8 inches, we are hoping this will 10

One of the studs in the coat closet is broken off at the bottom

Missing window in the water closet (could just be not cut yet)

Everything else looked good so far.

Note there were no stairs to the upstairs yet, but we brought a 8 foot ladder (6 foot didn't reach we tried, lol)

Huge walk in closet for spare bedroom, so much bigger then we thought it would be

Window framed in the basement (this is the fix for basement door being in the wrong spot) very happy with this fix
