Building a house isn't a process that goes perfectly, no matter what builder you pick, and this is our story. Every problem we had during the building process has been made right by Ryan homes.     Yes we heard they switched flooring companies last month or so, same flooring just different provider and installers. May I suggest sitting down and going over all the options when you have time to really think, not just on spot in the office, before the 30 days. We glazed over them, but wish we went over them in more detail. Don't think I would have changed anything we picked by going over it in more detail, just so much you can miss that you might want.
