I also wanted to say NVR mortage is great. They always reply to my emails fast, and call me back when they say they will. They have been checking in with us this whole time during the delay.
We are looking at this delay as a positive because we are saving money every week they delay. Of course there will be a point where it will be negative. We hope to break ground shortly after we close on our current place, around a month away.
