Progress on our street

We got good news this week. They have started laying gravel on our street. Our SR is doing a great job of keeping us updated about the status of our street. We won’t be breaking ground until our street is paved, but now that the gravel is down it shouldn’t be too much longer until the curb and paving is done. We also confirmed our washer and dryer that we ordered will fit through the laundry room doorway.  We may need to change the address and date for the delivery, as we made an educated guess since we don’t have a set closing date yet. The only thing left to do while we wait to break ground is view a detailed list of what’s included, as the MSS doesn’t go into detail as much as we want. Not sure what this type of paperwork is called but it’s based on the version # of our plan. What community you’re in and when you sign will affect your version of your plan.  We have Plan: Ernest Hemingway Version: ERN00-1.
