We blogged about the building process of our house to document it for ourselves and to help others. Our house is finished and we have moved in and we love our home. Building a house isn't a process that goes perfectly, no matter what builder you pick, and this is our story. Every problem we had during the building process has been made right by Ryan homes. This isn't complaint blog, its how we felt at the time of our post during the building process.

The double changes was because we found out after our first change that we were getting rear covered porch included so we couldn't make that change. Everything we picked out seemed fairly priced but basement door and mud set master shower title. The master shower med set tile we got charged twice for this change ($395 Ryan and $662 flooring people) there is no way that tile cost $66 per square feet plus labor, it’s 10 square feet) Also we should have to pay for a double patio door if we are only getting a single installed.

If I were to add anything else it would 2 more TV cables and 2 more fan/light rough in for the other bedrooms. But I won’t because I know these things can be done later and we already added so much.
